LESSON 3 Who is the Great King? Genesis 12.1-13.18

God, the Great King of heaven and earth, has told Abram to move his whole family to a new country. God has also made Abram promises of becoming a new nation, having a great name and being a blessing to the whole world. God also promises to give Abram a land for this new nation to live in. However, there are people living in the land and there is also a famine in the land. It does not look like God’s promises will come true. Abram must be patient and wait for God to work in his time.
