Mary and Joseph are expecting a baby. But this baby is very special. And there are other people who are expecting him too.

After the amazing story of Jesus being born, there is a big gap. But after many years, the amazing things start happening again. And it all begins with John the Baptist, who is getting people ready for the coming of the Promised King.

John the Baptist knew that Jesus was the Promised King. Some of John’s followers started following Jesus. The disciples followed Jesus everywhere he went.

Nicodemus is a religious leader who comes to see Jesus. But when Jesus speaks, he tells Nicodemus something that’s a little bit strange.

Jesus did many amazing things. He healed many people. Some were blind. Some were deaf and some had dark spirits. Jesus also healed a man who couldn’t walk.

So far, we have learnt that Jesus speaks words that teach people about God, the Great King. Jesus also heals people who are sick. In this lesson, we will learn about how Jesus forgives people for the wrong things they do.

We have learnt that Jesus teaches people about God, the Great King. He also heals people and makes them better and forgives people for the wrong things they have done. But can Jesus feed a crowd when there isn’t enough food?

Jesus came into our world and did many amazing things. But Jesus is going to die. He will die for his people. But before he dies, Jesus prays to God, the Great King.

Jesus dies

After Jesus prays, he is arrested. The religious leaders think that Jesus is pretending to be God and they want him dead. It is a sad, sad day when Jesus dies on a cross.

Jesus lives

Jesus died on the cross. Jesus was buried in a tomb. Is this the end for Jesus? No! Jesus does not stay dead. Jesus comes alive again.
